A rich dry contemporary gin distilled with ripe fresh raspberries, aromatic Damask rose petals and hibiscus flowers giving a refreshing gin with a fruit and floral twist. Notes of citrus balances this bold juniper rich gin and enhances the fruit and floral notes. An infusion after blending of raspberries and hibiscus provides a satisfying tartness on the finish and creates a stunning deep, almost blood red coloured gin.

The Bottle

In keeping with our low impact ethics we source this bottle in the UK, just 60 miles from our farm, the bottle is made from UK sand. The closure is a metal screw cap and is recyclable. The topper is made from natural cotton, the string is made from natural cotton and the button is made from one of the most sustainable and eco friendly materials on the planet, Carozo, made from the but of the Tagua Palm tree. This is a plastic free product.
