A few words about us

Cuckoostone is a small rural craft business, run by Ade and Bec from re-purposed cattle sheds on Church Farm in Barlow, Derbyshire.

We grow our own botanicals and fruit on the farm and we sustainably forage locally, respecting the seasons.

Our spirits are distilled in a hand built pot still, our batches are small, we  yield just 80 bottles per run.

We do all of our own design and photography in-house and we work with local artists and artisans to compliment our skills.

We try to be true to the planet, we recycle and up-cycle, we source as much as possible locally, we avoid plastics and we compost our spent botanicals which feeds back into our growing cycle.

We love what we do and we love living on the doorstep of this remarkable landscape and ecosystem.

These are true artisan products, hand made, hand labelled and hand finished and always made with love.
