GinZoil® Hazy Rhubarb, Apple & Hibiscus Gin

GinZoil, something a bit different.

Nano batch gin expressions; a juniper forward London Dry Gin and blended expressions which are naturally hazy, unfiltered and blended with natural fruit and vegetable juices, using the London Dry as the base.

We have paired the traditional botanicals back to just the two core botanicals - Juniper and Coriander. 

The remainder of the complex botanical bill is made up of botanicals which have complimentary properties which are in addition to their flavour profiles.

This is the beginning of something new and we'd like you to be part of the project, as a first, we are offering for sale and your enjoyment our first working batches of GinZoil.

Botanical Bill:

Base Pairing - Juniper and Coriander.

Nootropic and Adaptogenic Botanicals - Timut Pepper, Cacao, Ginseng, Apple Cider Vinegar, Green Tea, Ginger & Clary Sage (sourced from Chatsworth Gardens), Caraway Seed & Lemon Balm (grown on our farm) and Nettle (foraged locally).

Bottle, Cap and Label:

It's really hard these days to make a visual impact without having a squillion quid in the bank, which we are at least a squillion short of. So, we've had some fun with it instead.

Housed in a British made 750ml Milk bottle, with gold metal screw cap and furnished with recycled and textured retro paper labels. 

100% recyclable, low impact, low weight and sustainable. Simple packaging with high impact. Thats what we like.
