A smooth and dry botanical gin with a freshness of mint and a delicate fruit finish. Infused with Butterfly Pea Flower which gives the gin its deep violet colour. Distilled in small batches by Bec, our head distiller. This is her personal expression of gin making and was one of the first spirits she designed. The gin benefits from using traditional methods and local produce.
